I would call 2021 a year of Creating Value and 2022 to be nothing different!

I have always believed that for the product to touch a chord with the end consumer, it is important that we focus on the VALUE it brings to the stable.
This has been the intent in 2021 and will remain so as we embark in 2022!
I am extremely contented that we @ Star Certification have managed to stay the course.
The Retail Partner ecosystem: We had some pretty good quick wins on The Partner ecosystem front, which was bearish to start with but picked up steam in the second half of the year.
The Hybrid Model of Training and Delivery became the new normal.
We launched the Global Partner Outreach program across APAC/Europe & US. As part of this program, our team reached out to Training partners and educated them about our Content and Certifications, giving them a ‘TASTE’ of our E-Content and the VALUE we tend to offer to the Students through the Partners. It was extremely pleasing to hear that the Partners were glad to know that we were among the Few Global Certification Companies to offer Certifications across Software Programming, Cyber Security & Disruptive Technologies. It was gratifying to hear great reviews about our Certifications, especially in Cyber Security and New Age Technologies – Cloud, AI, Robotics to name a few.
The Partners are an important aspect of our value system as they deliver Star Certification course offerings. In this deluge of Virtual and Online Edtech models, it is important to realize that at the heart of our value system is “The Student” and this is where the Partner with globally certified faculties can deliver IT Industry-ready students.

The Impact of Glob Certification: In this overflow of Free Content, it is important to realize that gaining access to Free Content helps you acquire knowledge but the validation of knowledge comes only if the Student goes for a globally recognized certification.
Global Certification is the ultimate validation of students’ skill sets making them career-ready and offers REAL-TIME Value to enhance and push the Student’s career trajectory. I am happy with the traction we have taken on that front. Rapid Digitization expedited by the COVID-19 wave has given a huge boost to the demand for Certified and Employable IT resources and Star being a Vendor-Neutral Certification is well placed to cater to this demand.
The Focus on Academia: We at Star had renewed vigor on one of the most important pillars of Education – Academia (Colleges & Universities). In H2-2021, we kick-started the Academia program – “Together we enable” in the Indian market. As part of this program, I got involved personally in meeting a lot of colleges and universities with my team. I was amazed by potential India has, to become the Talent Capital of the World. Channelizing Talent will be the key. Giving them access to the best Technology Certification coupled with Industry recognized content will make them Industry ready and ensure a seamless migration to the ever-growing IT Talent pool. We had some quick wins too on that front and it was remarkable to see the receptiveness of the Course and Certification.
In 2022, we will work with double the focus on Academia, spreading far and wide.
Certification offerings: Currently we offer around 44 Course Titles. Latest globally recognized Industry relevant content. The Certification offerings are across Software Programming, Cyber Security, Disruptive Technologies, and Academia. Our endeavor is and will be to bridge the employability gap between Graduates and IT Industry by constantly engaging and working on robust skill certification testing practices
The Future is what we make out of it. I am immensely buoyant and confident about 2022. We will be flexible and look to add value to everything we do.
